God delivers us from negativity

In Parables 17:22 we read “A cheerful heart is good medicine,

but a crushed spirit dries up the bones.”So we understand the importance of the perception we have of life and how this perception affects our choices, our habits, and the course of our lives. When we adopt a negative perception, we use every event to draw a negative conclusion. Such a way of thinking leads to emotional pain.

Love, creativity, solidarity, joy are concepts that are altered in the negative person and thus it becomes impossible to taste the happiness that God offers. The reason man becomes negative is that he finds it difficult to take responsibility for his own mistakes and all the wrong choices he has made. This results in him insisting on the same mistakes but also hiding behind the filter of negativity so that he can justify his failure in finding the joy of life. The mind of the person is filled with excuses, with slander, blames and such a person ends up blaming himself and others. Negativity can become a habit but also a way of life, preventing man from either accepting or giving love. Man isolates himself and is thus spiritually asleep. God wants to give us freedom, but it requires for us to have courage, gratitude, trust in Him, and above all love for God and fellow human beings. Every human being has an amazing mission to realize during this life. A mission that defines our cooperation with God, while leading us to spiritual fulfillment. An amazing feeling that can overcome all the obstacles that come to throw man into negativity.

The danger of negativity is that it absorbs the energy of life and man is led to exhaustion and misery.

We must ask God to fill our souls with optimism and energy because only then can we taste true happiness. Finally, we must understand that the first step in fighting negativity is to focus our energy on how to be useful to others. The source of positive energy is found in our relationship with God, as it allows us to learn from our mistakes so that we can have enthusiasm and zeal for creativity and new beginnings.

Our relationship with God corrects our thoughts, as it removes us from greed, envy, revenge, and fear. God's love removes negativity away and gives us courage and meaning to move on.
